The Tour riders and vehicles took just about 30 seconds to pass us today but it is always the same. Great excitement and build up before hand but then disappointment after they’ve gone! At least we can see the highlights on TV this evening.

Oxford City Tour
We caught the bus into the city today and then proceeded to walk 12 km in quite warm conditions looking at the sights. We must have been crazy……!!
Out and About by Bike Today – 28 km

Back at Hunter Towers
What a memorable trip for the fine weather and such good cycling conditions.
The bunting was out today as we rolled into Hunter Towers at 1.00 pm after a two hour journey from Sandringham. The pit crew then set about preparing Detlef ready for the new team off on their Norfolk travels this coming weekend. It’s now all quiet here…….for the time being!
