A ten mile bike ride was the order of the day today…………….

The five day trip was a great success with visits to the Ziller Valley, Salzburg and Achensee. Thanks guys!

It’s off to Austria for a short five day flying visit.

It was a good decision to leave our departure from Brighton until Monday morning. Traffic in Brighton was bearable today as we headed north towards London and the M25. Some three hours later we arrived at Hunter Towers and have just readied Detlef for M and E’s Norfolk trip tomorrow.

Wow, that was a full weekend. Hard to believe it’s over. The time certainly flew by. Read more in the travelogue……

It’s all go here at Hunter Towers as we prepare for the Brighton Marathon weekend with our very own super athlete competing in his first marathon (assuming M recovers from his recent food poisoning)!! We should make it to the south coast in about three hours!

It’s been another busy week here at Hunter Towers with Detlef undergoing the annual “habitation check” and passing with flying colours.
