Sunny Suffolk at the moment. Lets hope it lasts as we prepare for our “awning experiment”…….. find out how it all went later!

The trip back to Suffolk this morning was brilliant; sunshine all the way and relatively little traffic. What a different story from last Wednesday’s trip north. The roadworks around Huntingdon slowed us down slightly today but we were unpacked by 13.30 just in time to cut the lawn!!

Watch out Rendlesham. I feel an awning coming on!! 

An early start to the day was called for as we headed to Overton Station to catch the 10.35 train to Peterborough……………….. continued in the Travelogue

Murphy duly struck once again this morning as we set off for Ferry Meadows in Peterborough………. more in the Travelogue.

Wednesday, 14 June saw Detlef having a few tweaks back at the main dealership. 

The “lock” problem with the front over-cab bed seems to have been addressed as has the faulty switch to operate the main door step. The broken plastic piece on the black-out blind has been replaced and the near-side drivers mirror adjusted.
